PNB SO Recruitment 2024

The Human Resources Division of Punjab National Bank, located in New Delhi, has released a job announcement for the recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO) across various banking departments to fill a total of 1025 vacancies for the financial year 2024-25. The online registration for PNB SO Vacancy 2024 commenced on February 7, 2024, and is scheduled to conclude on February 25, 2024.

Educational Qualifications:

Officer – Credit: Candidates must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or Cost Management Accountant-CMA (ICWA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute (USA), or possess a full-time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance.

Manager – Forex: Applicants should have a full-time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance/International Business and a minimum of 02 years of relevant experience.

Manager – Cyber Security: Candidates must possess a full-time degree in B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communications Engineering or M.C.A. with a minimum of 02 years of relevant experience.

Senior Manager – Cyber Security: A full-time degree in B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communications Engineering or M.C.A. with a minimum of 04 years of relevant experience is required.

Age Limit:

Officer – Credit: Between 21 to 28 years.
Manager – Forex: Between 25 to 35 years.
Manager – Cyber Security: Between 25 to 35 years.
Senior Manager – Cyber Security: Between 27 to 38 years.
There are age relaxation benefits for certain categories.

PNB SO Selection Process 2024:

The selection process includes an Online Written Test followed by either a Personal Interview or only a Personal Interview, depending on the number of applications received for each post, as determined by the Bank’s discretion.

Interested and eligible candidates must apply online through the PNB India – IBPS Online Portal from February 7, 2024. They need to possess a valid personal email ID and mobile number throughout the recruitment process and upload necessary documents. The application fee can be paid online. The last date for registration is February 25, 2024.
