NALCO Recruitment through GATE 2023 Notification has been issued to fill 277 Engineering Job Vacancies. National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) is looking for dedicated, promising, and capable young Graduate Engineers for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) in various disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Chemical, Chemistry, Civil, and Mining. The online application process for NALCO Graduate Engineer Trainee 2024 begins on March 4th, 2024, and the deadline for submission of applications is April 2nd, 2024.

✅ NALCO Recruitment Age Limit: Applicants should not exceed 30 years as of September 11, 2022; candidates born before September 11, 1992, are not eligible to apply.

✅ NALCO GET Recruitment Salary:
During the one-year training period, candidates will receive a salary of ₹ 40,000 – 3% – 140000/- with a starting basic pay of ₹ 40,000/- regardless of their previous experience or previous basic pay. Upon successful completion of training, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers at E1 grade with a salary scale of ₹ 60000-3%-180000/- along with one additional increment.

✅ NALCO GET Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
– Applicants must possess a full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with at least 65% marks for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD category, considering the average of all semesters/years.
– For Chemistry discipline, the required qualification is M.Sc. (Chemistry) or AIC with similar percentage criteria as mentioned above.

The application fee is ₹ 500/- for General, OBC & EWS Candidates, and ₹ 100/- for all other candidates including departmental candidates. Payment can be made through internet banking account/credit/debit card.

Eligible candidates are required to fill out the online application form via the NALCO Recruitment Portal (mudira.nalcoindia.co.in) starting from March 4th, 2024.
